Las Vegas Market Announces Best Booth Winners

Las Vegas Market announced today that six furniture, gift and home décor firms — The B. S. Trading Rug, Caitlin Wilson Textiles, dar Living, Hester & Cook, Millefiori Milano and Torre & Tagus — received “Best Booth” awards at the just-concluded Summer Market, which ran Sunday, July 27, to Thursday, July 31, 2014.

“Las Vegas Market commends the exemplary efforts of these six innovative exhibitors, who are setting a higher standard for creative merchandising and exceptional booth design,” said Bob Maricich, Chief Executive Officer, International Market Centers. “The Summer Market showcased the largest number of temporary exhibitors in Las Vegas Market’s history, spotlighting nearly 500 vendors in 16 temporary collections. As the leading furniture, home decor and gift destination in the western United States, Las Vegas Market is committed to supporting and recognizing excellence in both temporary exhibits and permanent showroom presentations.”

The Best Booth awards were judged by a panel of industry editors, including Crystal Palecek, founder and editor-in-chief of Rue Magazine; Dallas Shaw, style expert and blogger; and Becky Tyre, trends editor of GIFT SHOP Magazine. Criteria included exceptional design, creative merchandising, cohesive brand messaging and inspired visual merchandising.
