DEMDACO launches a new retailer-focused website

DEMDACO, a Kansas-based company, specializes in artist-driven gift and home décor products, has launched a new e-commerce website tailored specifically to better serve its retail customers. DEMDACOretailers.com is designed to enhance the wholesale buying experience with convenient features that will improve how retail partners conduct business online.

“We want to make the digital experience for our retail customers as seamless and simple as possible,” said Lance Hart, president of DEMDACO. “The impact of COVID-19 has been significant on our markets and we are all looking for creative and innovative ways to adapt and serve our customers. The new DEMDACO website is just one way we are looking to help retailers adjust and to be available to our retailers.”

Aside from the new website address, one of the biggest changes to the site is that it provides more access to account management tasks. This retailer self-service functionality includes a dashboard where users can manage preferences, track orders, pay invoices, apply credits and much more — all in one place.

Updated navigation makes locating products much easier with many new categories and search options. For example, retailers can now shop by “Store Type” or according to how products and collections are organized in our wholesale catalog.

Retailers also have access to a robust Retailer Resources section, which includes marketing assets, a retailer-focused blog, merchandising tips, product information, and industry news. A promotions section helps guide retailers through offers that are currently available, including special terms. 

At DEMDACOretailers.com, users can explore every segment of DEMDACO, from its products and business tools, to artist bios and learning more about DEMDACO’s commitment to the community. The fresh website design and functionality reflects the company’s position as a leader in the gift industry.
