ASTRA members receive benefits at Spielwarenmesse Toy Fair

Members of the American Specialty Toy Retailing Association (ASTRA) who attend the Spielwarenmesse International Toy Fair in Nuremberg, Germany can get a free ticket to the exhibit hall and are invited to special ASTRA activities, according to ASTRA.

The dates of the event are Jan. 29 through Feb. 2, 2020. “ASTRA is pleased to have arranged complimentary admission for our members at Spielwarenmesse,” said Kimberly Mosley, president of ASTRA. “Spielwarenmesse has always been a place for retailers to find great products and new merchandising ideas that help differentiate independent stores from the competition — and also for ASTRA to find new exhibitors with fresh products to bring to ASTRA’s Marketplace & Academy.”

In addition to free admission, ASTRA also invites members to enjoy a free walking of Nuremburg’s historic district on Friday afternoon, Jan. 31, followed by an ASTRA dinner that evening. For further information, visit www.astratoy.com.

Spielwarenmesse features nearly 2900 toy, hobby, and leisure manufacturers from 68 countries exhibiting a million products — including 120,000 new products. Over 67,000 toy buyers and exhibitors from more than 130 countries will attend the event.
