MM: Where are you from originally?

I am from Ecuador. The standard of living is the main reason I came to U.S.

MM: What attracted you to the Landry’s program?

The Landry’s program trains their employees to make all guests top priority in order to receive 110 percent satisfaction.

MM: What is the most fulfilling part of your job?

I’m a people person. I am always happiest and most satisfied when I am interacting with guests, making sure I am able to meet their needs and giving them the best possible service.

MM: What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

I love running. I completed my first country music half marathon this year!
